• Developed the company's first technical documentation infrastructure from scratch: built a centralized knowledge system with Git-based version control and Markdown & HTML publishing. Designed for more than 250 members across multiple internal teams, along with external clients, with access for all employees, the infrastructure and documentation significantly reduced knowledge-sharing requests, enabling development and operations teams to minimize context switching and maintain focus on specialized technical work.
• Authored more than 400 interactive technical documents (API references, implementation guides, architectural documentation, operational guides).
• Created detailed business process diagrams, leading to improved project efficiency by enhancing understanding of workflows.
• Designed and styled documentation for marketing purposes, resulting in increased user engagement and significantly improving comprehension of complex information.
